WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

We ship from our facility situated in the picturesque town of Seven Valleys, PA

WHERE CAN I FIND A TRACKING LINK?

You should have received an email with order confirmation details when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped to you.

If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer service.

To Track your Tstars Order:

1.Please make sure that you are on the correct courier site, many customers confuse ups and USPS, all our domestic packages are sent with USPS.

2.Tracking details can take time to update on the couriers site once the package has been picked up. Please try again a few hours later and if you still getting an error, contact our customer service team at service@tstarsonline.com.

We ship to most countries on the planet! We want the whole world to be able to enjoy Tstars products.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery and cannot be predicted by Tstars. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note: International shipments may be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

MY ORDER ARRIVED LATE, CAN I GET MY SHIPPING FEES REFUNDED?

If the delay was the fault of Tstars or the courier, we will issue a refund for the shipping fees. However if the delay was due to weather conditions, factors affecting air and ground transportation or Acts of God, we do not refund shipping fees.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

We are so sorry to hear that! If you placed an order and it didn't arrive on time ( US more than 10 days / international order more than 30 days), please contact our customer service via email service@tstarsonline.com and we will handle it for you right away!
