Is my credit card information secure?
At Tstars We take comply to the highest standards of safety and security set by the credit card companies. Your credit card information is encrypted using SSL technology during transmission preventing third party sites from seeing or accessing it. When you submit your payment details, it is only used to complete the requested transaction, none of your credit card details are stored.
Can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships you should received an email with tracking details. If you haven't received an update on the status of your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We ship our products various locations, depending on the destination address. Orders being sent to an address within the USA will normally be sent from our Warehouse in Pennsylvania.
*If you are shipping to an international location, you may be charged additional customs & duties.
What is your return policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days. Please contact our customer service team for return details.
Upon receipt of the return, please allow 2 - 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
When will my order ship?
Since many of our item are are printed on demand, please allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to ship.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Of course! If the order hasn't been shipped, we are able to change or cancel an existing order. Please contact us at our customer service email email@example.com with your name, order number, and any changes that you want made to your order.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email?
Our system sends out automated email confirmations, which sometimes go into the spam folder, depending on your mailbox security settings. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I get an error message when i enter my tracking reference, what should I do?
1.Please make sure that you are on the correct courier site, many customers confuse ups and usps, all our domestic packages are sent with USPS.
2.Tracking details can take time to update on the couriers site once the package has been picked up. Please try again a few hours later and if you still getting an error, contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
I received a coupon code, how can i use it?
Coupon code's can be used during checkout. Once you have entered the coupon code, the total price will be updated.
Which sizes do you carry?
We offer sizes to accommodate all ages and body types. Please check the item you wish to purchase for the sizes that are available. Sizing options are limited according to our supplier availability.
I'm not sure which size will fit me? How do I check this?
We have created a sizing chart for this purpose. The chart will help you decide on which size will fit you best. Should you purchase an item and it doesn't fit well, you can always exchange it for a different size.
